I am glad I did the 5K in Layton this week, because I can count it for the competition.  On the negative side of that coin, my legs are still sore from the race.  I also did my first hour of P90X since I broke my hand many moons ago.

Wednesday: 30 minutes running (don't even try to go online and see that I actually ran the 5K in 27:55)
Saturday: 60 minutes P90X

Total: 1.5 hours
