Time for all of us to get going again!

I took about a month off because of camping trips, road trips, family reunions and other excuses.  But I also gain a few pounds.  So I am back!  I hope the rest of you will start up again too.  This last week I started but had a hard time because I am reacting to a cholesteral lowering medicine which is causing muscle and joint pain.  I have stopped that and am feeling lots better.  Anyway-- my week:
M--30 min.
Tue--50 min.
Wed--50 min.
Thurs--30 min.
Friday--50 min.
Total:  3 1/2 hours
