Spent most of last week in Chicago and I decided to quickly post this week's report before I have to fly off to another destination this afternoon.
Having the P90X videos on a laptop help out a lot - and with the weather warming up I'm able to dedicate more time running outside.
Here is my report:
Monday: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X = 1 hr. 15 mins
Tuesday: Run = 30 mins.
Wed: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X = 1 hr. 15 mins
Thurs: Run = 1 hr.
Fri: Yoga = 1 hr. 30 mins.
Sat: Run = 30 mins.
Total = 6 hrs.
