Hi. I enjoyed working out a couple times this past week, especially since I've had some time to do it in the morning and then have a nice breakfast afterwards. My plan to bulk up and gain weight hasn't completely panned out like I'd hoped so far (I weigh the same as I did January 1st), but I promise I'm trying. Here is a picture I took this morning to show my progress:Totals for the week:
Tuesday: 45 minutes (chest/shoulders)
Thursday: 45 minutes (back/biceps)
Friday: 30 minutes (yoga)
Total: 2 hours
