Running up mountains is hard


With a family vacation this week - I was unable to follow my normal routine of P90X plus a few days of running. I had to instead do more running and unfortunately - we were in a house in a canyon - so the running was basically up hill. The first day was rough - but I was galloping up the mountain like a mountain goat by the end of our stay.

Here is my report.

Mon. - Chest and Back - 1 hr. + Ab Ripper - 15 mins
Tues - Plyometrics - 1 hr.
Wed. - Shoulders and Arms - 1 hr. + Ab Ripper - 15 mins
Thurs. - Run - 30 mins
Fri. - Run - 30 mins.
Sat. - Run - 30 mins.

Total = 5 hours.
