We'll Call This My Rest Week

I had a goal to work out for four hours this past week, but instead I did really important things like sit on my couch and watch 24.  Also, I don't stand a dang now that Aaron is training for his race.

Tuesday - 1 hour P90X
Wednesday - 40 min run

Total - 1 hour 40 minutes

Can I get a point for good intentions?
