Got me some new trail running shoes and I love them. I'll be spending more time running as I prepare for the Spartan Race (which I still think everyone should sign up for).
Here is my report:
Mon: Yoga X = 1 hr. 30 mins
Tues: Run + Burpees, pull ups = 45 mins
Wed: Run - (45 mins) + Chest and Back + Ab Ripper - (1 hr. 15 mins) = 2 hrs.
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Run + Burpees = 30 mins
Sat: Run = 15 mins
Total = 5 hrs.
