Looks like everyone forgot to post last night.
Here is my report.
Mon - Chest and Back + Ab Ripper = 1 hr 30 mins
Tues - Rest
Wed - 50 min run + Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper = 2 hr 20 mins
Thurs - 50 min run
Fri - 40 min run
Sat - 1 hr run
Total = 6 hr 20 mins.
P.S. If you're wondering why I'm running so much it's because I've signed up for the Spartan Race... and I think you should too.
