This is my new recipe for weight-gaining success: a George Foreman grill.  Mom gave me the one that has been at her house for several years, and I already made two burgers and a hot dog with it.  It makes delicious and juicy meat-treats, and I love it.  Sarah doesn't love how much grease comes out of the drippers though.

That being said, I haven't done much exercising for a while now.  I need to take charge of my life once again, and that starts with getting up earlier in the morning and watching less "24."  I can't make too many promises, but I at least promise that I will at least think about exercising more.

This week's report:
Monday: 15 minute run
Friday: 60 minutes basketball
TOTAL: 1 hour 15 minutes
