Monday-0 min Tuesday-0 min Wednesday-45 min gym Thursday-60 min yoga Friday-0 min Saturday-0 min This week was busy with my grandpa's funeral, traveling, work, a ward party, going to see Pioneer Woman. It was quite the week. I am going to do better so I can start fitting into my pre-baby jeans. They say if you make your goal specific, you will keep it better than if you just vaguely say "I'm going to do better" So here is my plan: Monday-45 min walk/jog and Ab Ripper Tuesday-1 hour yoga Wednesday-45 min walk/jog and Ab Ripper Thursday-1 hour yoga Friday-Rest Saturday-45 min walk/jog and Ab Ripper
