This week was pretty bad.
With more travel this week - and not as much free time - I only was able to work out 3 days this week.
Here is my report.
Mon = 0
Tues = Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X - 1 hr 15 mins
Wed = 0
Thurs = Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X - 1 hr 15 mins
Fri = 0
Sat = 40 min run
Total = 3 hrs 10 mins.
I should be back on track for dominance this week so look out!
