This past week proved to be difficult to exercise everyday.
Here is my report:
Mon: Chest and Back - 1 hr + Ab Ripper - 15 mins
Tues: 0
Wed: Shoulders and Arms - 1 hr + Ab Ripper - 15 mins
Thurs: 0
Fri: 0
Sat: 30 min run + Yoga X - 1 hr 30 mins
Total: 4.5 hours
