Hey Everybody. It is great weather for running because it's so dang warm! Also I want to sign up for the Provo marathon in may or the Top of Utah in September if anyone wants to do it with me? Well I have tried my best:
Mon: 45 min run
Tues: 1 hr gym
Wed: 0
Thurs: 1 hr gym
Fri: 45 min run
Sat: 45 min run
4 hours 15 min
So that's it :)
