Mon--20 min. run and 90 min. P90X yoga
Tues--30 min. run
Wed--
Thurs--1 hour run
Fri--30 min abs and stretching
Total--2 hrs 50 min (But you can all round that out to 3 hours if you want to count climbing my stairs fifty zillion times to go down to the storage room for each ingredient in each recipe since I am running out of so many staples in the house!!)
