Well, after winning many games of baskeball and trying my best to beat scott in racketball, wow; what a week.
Monday: 1 hour basketball, 1 hour racketball
Tuesday: 0
Wednesday: 1 hour basketball, 1 hour at the at the gym
Thursday: 1 hour gym
Friday: 1 hour gym
Saturday: 1.5 hours doing a run up old main hill ten times......I know, pretty fit.
Also that same day I visited the gym, just rockin my bod.
