
This year I want to focus primarily on just gaining a higher level of physical fitness... meaning - increase my endurance in aerobic exercises, increase my flexibility, increase my overall awesomeness.
Outside of flexibility - it will be hard to really measure my success. Not feeling like I want to throw-up after a basketball game could be an indicator of success - but I wanted something more specific. The closest measure I thought of is being able to make it through both Yoga X and Plyometrics without having to press pause. That is when I know I've increased my fitness. Those 2 workouts are the bane of my existence... although I must admit that I actually like doing Yoga.
With that I give you the results of my past week. Read it and weep.
Mon. - 60 mins. - Chest and Back
Tues. - 60 mins. - Arms and Shoulders
Wed. - 60 mins. - Core Synergistics
Thurs. - 60 mins. - Plyometrics
Fri. - 30 mins. - Ab Ripper X + Crunch/Situps sets
Sat. - 90 mins. - Yoga X
6 total hours of man building exercise.
