Reluctantly crouched at the starting line,
Engines pumping and thumping in time.
The green light flashes, the flag goes up,
Churning and burning, they yearn for the cup.
Sarah and I are off to the races! We just finished our first workout of the challenge.
My goal is to gain 15 pounds by the end of the year, and to do a nice cardio workout at least twice a week throughout the year. For the public knowledge, I currently weigh 158.4 lbs.
