OUR diet starts tomorrow...

Tomorrow is the first day of school and the first day of something else. My name isn't Scott anymore; its Scott Allred weight training, racquetball, and basketball playing extraodinaire. Also I am ret to fly in terms of kicking everybody else's butts in this contest.
Basically my plan is to do a 3 day alternating weight training routine coupled with a game of racquetball or basketball after. 30 minutes of lifting and 1 hour of sports.
I thought I would take a before picture to track the progress of the size of my muscles and everything.
