
Here is my report for weak too (once again a play on words):
I had such strong determination to get going this week that I even looked at the P90X Yoga workout - which was my favorite workout from when I actually exercised. (Note: when I say "looked at the P90X yoga workout" - I mean I just looked at the DVD itself. Didn't bother to put it in the DVD player).
After much pondering and self affirmations I did very little (actually no physical activity) this week and instead practiced my backward reading skills, played Temple Run and rocked the faces off of people at a TEDx event.
With that - I give you my hourly report...
Mon: 0 hrs.
Tues: 0 hrs.
Wed: 0 hrs.
Thurs: 0 hrs.
Fri: 0 hrs.
Here's to a better next week. And here is some bacon.
