Slow and steady wins the race


Okay. So I'm not really into calculating the exact minutes of my workout...but will definitely start doing that now that I can see how serious you all are about this. My typical exercise consists of running 2-4 miles and stretching.

Mon-20
Tues-30
Wed-1 hour
Thurs-30
Sat-20
