Get ready, little lady. Heck is coming for breakfast

I have a couple of exercise goals for this year. You all probably think I'm in the best shape of my life, based on my performance in this past new year's arm-wresting competition. However, I haven't exercised almost at all for the past 6 months. That fact combined with poor eating habits and an office job have all beaten down on my health as well as my self esteem recently and I've gained about 5-7 pounds of pure fat. My first goal is to get rid of that. My second goal is to get back in good overall shape. I'm hoping that will help me have more energy and be less tired. Once I feel like I'm in pretty decent shape I may even train for a half marathon or so. My plan is to combine consistent exercise with better eating practices. At work they give all employees a free subscription to weight watchers online, so I'm logging all my food to make sure I'm not eating too much garbage.

This week went pretty well. I don't think I'll win this month considering the kind of numbers I've seen so far, but at least I get the consistency bonus. Here are my numbers:

Mon - 30 min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)
Tues - 30 Min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)
Wed - 30 min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)
Thurs - 30 min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)
Fri - 30 min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)
Sat - 30 min (20 min on elliptical, 10 min pushups, situps, pullups)

  1. Your daily consistency will probably prove to be my downfall. Impressive.
