Now that I'm on top I ain't gunna stop!!!

This week was another good week
Monday: 30 run up old main hill
Tuseday: 1 hour lifting weights, 1 hour playing baskeball
Wednesday: 1 hour lifting weights
Thursday: 45 mintes at the gym lifting weights
Friday: 0
Saturday: 2 hours playing basketball.
