Now that I know certain people in this family are completely dedicated to working out, I think I'll start slacking bit by bit each week. Monday we just had a day of pure bliss so exercising didn't even cross our minds. Saturday I wasn't feeling well, and that's basically the gist of it.
Tuesday - 30 minutes ab ripper X and crunches/pushups/etc.
Wednesday - 40 minutes running and ab ripper x
Thursday - 1 hour of biceps & back, 30 minutes of weights
Friday - 2 hours racquetball (which I personally think should count for at least double that considering Johnny absolutely killed me so the resulting emotional damage outweighs the physical benefits)
Total: 4 hours 40 minutes
