I fell Fell Flat on my Face 15 Minutes Before the Finish Line!














This week went pretty good until about 11:45 pm on Saturday night. I had gone running for 15 minutes in the morning, but thought I would do the rest after Claire and I went to dinner and a movie in the evening. That didn't happen and I was 15 minutes short of getting my bonus point this week. Here's my report:

Monday: 30 minutes (elliptical/pushups, situps, pullups)
Tuesday: 1 hour (basketball)
Wednesday: 30 minutes (elliptical/pushups, situps, pullups)
Thursday: 0
Friday: 30 Minutes (elliptical)
Saturday: 15 minutes jogging with Norah (in the stroller)

By the way, Tuesday is the last day this month so at the end of the week just make sure to specify how much you worked out on each day so I can give you your points for January. I'll announce a winner after I get everyone's posts next week. I really hope it's me!!
