Has another week passed already?
My exercise for the week:
1 hour on Monday
1 hour on Tuesday
1 hour on Wednesday
1 hour on Thursday
1 hour on Friday
Total: 5 hours
I didn't loose one pound this week. But at least I was consistent. Have a great week!
