This week was yet another week out of town... this time in Green Bay. I've been fortunate to have decent gyms in the hotels I've been staying in. Makes working out much easier to do.

Here is my report.

Mon: Chest and Back = 1 hr.
Tues: 0
Wed: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper = 1 hr. 15 mins.
Thurs: 1 hr run
Fri: 0
Sat: Walk 30 mins.

Total = 3 hrs. 45 mins.
