Thanks for all you did for me today. I feel lucky to have such a great family. As for exercise this week. I tried to be consistent--
M--1 hour, Tue--1 hour, Wed--1 hour, Thur--1 hour, Fri--1 hour, Sat--1 hour for a total of 6 hours.
I think the only reason I am doing good overall on this exercise program is because I am very consistent at reporting my hours each week. The rest of you need to remember to get on this blog each Sunday and report your week. I know a lot of you are exercising but not reporting.
