I know it's late - but I wanted to at least log it before I totally forgot.
Here is my report for the week of May 6-12
Mon: Chest and Back + Ab ripper = 1 hr. 15 mins.
Tues: 0 (travel day)
Wed: Shoulders and Arms + Ab ripper = 1 hr. 15 mins
Thurs: 0
Fri: Run - 30 mins
Sat: Yoga X - 1 hr 30 mins.
Total = 4.5 hours.
