What a week, what a week.

Mon: 1 hr gym, 40 min bike ride
Tues: 1 hr run, 40 min bike ride
Wed: 1 hr gym, 20 min bike ride
Thurs: 1 hr run
Fri: Nothing at all.
Saturday: 2.5 hr run

Total: 8 hrs
