Owen gave us a run for our money for a few nights this week and our whole family almost had a collective nervous breakdown. The second half of the week was nice though and I even ran a 5k on Saturday. It was a really good workout and I was thinking that if I could just do that 3 times each week I would be in great shape. Hopefully Owen will let us sleep a little better this week. If so, I'll be focusing on working out my inner thighs using "weights and any other stuff that's heavy".
