This week went pretty well.

Mon: 1.5 hrs gym, 40 min bike ride
Tues: 1 hr run, 40 min bike ride
Wed: 40 min bike ride
Thursday: 45 min run, 40 min bike ride
Friday: 35 min run
Saturday: 2.5 hr run

8.5 hours total
