Yes - I know that the Lorax didn't say that (it was the Once-ler).

What does that quote or the Lorax have to do with Exercise for a Prize? Nothing.

I just wanted to use the quote because I saw the movie and it was at the top of my mind (it was pretty good btw).


Now - as far as exercise goes...

Things are going well. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find the time to exercise each day - but the thought of me losing this competition to any of you is enough to get me to put in the time almost every day.

Here is my report for this past week.

Mon. - Back and Chest = 60 mins.
Tues. - Plyometrics = 60 mins.
Wed. - Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X = 75 mins.
Thurs. - Rest = 0 mins.
Fri. - Core Synergistics = 60 mins.
Sat. - Yoga X = 90 mins.

Total = 5 hrs. 45 mins.

BTW - for those of you looking for good exercise journals - there are great iPhone/iPad/iPod apps that will track your activity.

Skimble looks pretty good (and free) and P90X looks like it has a pretty good app - except it's 5 bucks. There are also a lot of good running apps for the iPhone which look pretty sweet. May try some once I start running again during the summer.
