Time to diaper up and double down!

Other than a 2-hour hike on Saturday with the YM in the ward, this week was pretty weak. We're still trying to get Owen into some sort of a sleep cycle. I really want to take my workouts up a notch but by the time I get home for work, I'm too tired to do anything other than eat dinner, put Norah to bed and watch tv for a few minutes before I go to bed. Any suggestions on how to get the old energy levels up? Maybe we should think of an extra prize for the month of April weighted more heavily on consistency than total time. I need some extra incentive here!
