Rockin' and a-Rulin'


I doubled my exercise total from last week, which sounds awesome until you recognize that I did one hour last week. Sarah hid in our apartment today and jumped out and spooked me, which caused my heart to race for about a half hour, so I almost counted that--but I decided not to.

In honor of BYU's placement in the NCAA Tournament (Tuesday night game against the always dangerous Iona Gaels), I dedicate my March workouts to BYU Basketball and the madness that I hope they experience in the tournament. I can't promise much exercise madness from me until graduation next month.

Total for the week:
Monday: 30 min P90X
Tuesday: 30 min P90X
Wednesday: 30 min P90X
Saturday: 30 min basketball bum-busting

Total: 2 hours
