Do Your Best and Forget the Rest

This past week has been my worst performance since my amazing rise from the dark. With traveling to Toronto again and Amy and Chaz's wedding I had little to no time to exercise.

I take great comfort in the amazing Tony Horton's mantra, "Do your best and forget the rest" after weeks like these.

Mon. - Ab Ripper X - 15 mins.
Tues. - 0
Wed. - Jogging - 30 mins.
Thurs. - Chest and Back - 60 mins.
Fri. - 0
Sat. - Basketball - 30 mins.

Grand total of a pitiful 2 hrs and 15 mins.

I plan on hitting it hard this next week... so look out.
