back to the old grind

Hey everyone, it was fun to see everyone at the wedding! Thanks for coming :) I didn't get much exercise this week (besides some mexican water aerobics :) ) so I hope this is okay but I am just going to post from last week.

Mon:1 hr run
Tues:1 hr gym
Wed:1 hr run
Thurs: 2 hr run
Fri: -
Sat: -
