Even though exercise can be quite the stress reliever, this week I let the stress get the best of me and occupied my time with other
things. There's always the possibility I'll do better next time.
Monday - 1 hour legs & back P90X
Tuesday - 30 min run
Wednesday - 1.5 hours yoga P90X
Thursday - 30 min arms
Total - 3.5 hours and no dang bonus!
