Slow and Steady.

I've always thought consistency is the key.

Mon - 30 min arms & shoulders
Tuesday - watch the Bachelor. oh and go for a 30 min run which obviously had to be cut short because the Bachelor is 2 hours and there are only so many hours in a day (thanks Claire for accidentally getting me and Johnny hooked on it)
Wed - 1 hour cardio
Thurs - 30 min weights
Fri - 30 min run

Total - 3 hours
but you better believe I get the 5 days in a row bonus.
