Oh Canada!

I entered this week doubting whether or not I would be able to maintain the amazing, man-like, Lincredible exercise pace. Work was to take me to Toronto - and I knew how hard it would be to continue to exercise while out of town.

Enter Jeremy Lin. His amazing performance in Toronto the night before I arrived inspired me to deliver another amazing physical performance by an Asian. So I brought some resistance bands and rocked the house.

Here was my week in summary.

Monday: 60 mins - Chest and Back P90X
Tuesday: 30 mins - Ab Ripper X and Stretch
Wed: 0 Mins - travel day
Thursday: 60 mins - Arms and Shoulders P90X
Friday: 60 mins - Plyometrics
Saturday: 90 mins - Yoga X

That's 5 total hours for the week.

Question for the group: Do we get a bonus point for exercising 5 consecutive days in the week - or do we get a bonus point for simply exercising 5 total days in a week?

  1. I've been awarding for 5 days in a week, whether they're consecutive or not. My vote would be to keep doing it that way so you can still get the bonus point if you miss a day early in the week. By the way, your comeback in this contest has been almost amazing as Jeremy Lin's performance recently. For a minute I thought ESPN was doing a report about you the other night, but then I realized it was Lin.
