Wed--1 hr run
Thurs--20 min run with the girls
Fri--0
Sat--0
Total--2 hrs 20 min.
And you can subtract an hour from my time because last week I wrote that I ran an hour on Monday, but as I thought back I had no recollection of exercise for the day. It might be that I just forgot doing it, but I may not have done anything. It's so hard to remember 6 days ago. Actually, come to think of it I may not have exercised this Tues either. You can count me for 1 hr 20 min if you want.
