Here was my week:
Mon--1 hr run
Tues--1 hr run
Wed--0
Thurs--1 hr run
Fri--55 min. ice skating (if you can count that. Not great cardio, not great for building muscle...but I think it was pretty great for improving balance--and really fun!)
Sat--0
Total--4 hours (3 hrs 55 min to be exact)
