I should count the 11-hour drive down here to Phoenix as pure exercise, since I kept slapping myself in the face and moving around in order to stay awake, but I don't want everybody else to lose this month, so I won't count it.
Monday: 1 hour P90X
Wednesday: 30 minutes P90X
That'll do. Now stop trying to pressure me to work out more than that.
