Those words were supposedly uttered by Admiral Yamamoto after the attack on Pearl Harbor and I will use it as the theme for my resurgence.
I know many of you have laughed in the face of my efforts in this contest.... well guess who has struck back with a vengence and will ultimately have the last laugh!?
I hit this week harder than Jimmer's behind on the bench (yes that was for you Johnny).
Mon - 90 mins - YogaX
Tues - 60 mins - shoulders and arms
Wed - 60 mins - Plyometrics
Thurs - 60 mins - Core Synergistics
Fri - 30 mins. Ab Ripper X and stretch
Many of you may question the times on these workouts as several of the P90x routines fall just short of an hour - but trust me - there was much pressing the pause button during this first week of P90x. Most of the time I felt like Tony Horton was mocking me as he cruised through the reps while I struggled to keep pace. This encapsulates my feelings during week 1 of P90x.
But don't be worried for me. I am an official P90x grad and I definitely killed it the last time through. My body will quickly get accustomed and I will once again rule the day.
My week in summary: 4.5 hours of exercise, 12 protein shakes and 100s of rocked faces.
Good luck everyone. Cause it's on.
It's on like never before. BRING IT SISTER!
