Week 1: I lost a good 4 pounds!

This last week I worked hard at exercising and eating better. My goal is to loose 25 lbs. I walked on the treadmill (I can't jog because of my knees) and I went to Gold's Gym and worked on the bicycle and treadmill. I guess I need to learn to use some of the other machines. (If my body will let me use some of them).
My hours:
M-F 1 hour each day making a total of 5 for the week.
