The majority of mine was running (except for Friday when I just went out and played soccer with the kids and ran along side Alana as she rode her bike and rode the scooter around the block with her. Brandon was really embarrased to be seen with a mom in running clothes riding a barbie scooter--but hey, it was really fun!)
And as for running...I have to say that this week I felt so grateful to have the health to be able to do that. I know people who would love to be able to run but can't do it because of physical problems. It is such a great way to clean out your system and get those endorphins pumping! Not to mention enjoy all of the gorgeous scenery! I feel really lucky to be able to do this at this time in my life--and for good running shoes and even some pepper spray that I carry in case of a dog or person attack.
