An inspiring opening week


I'm happy to see everyone is off to a great start.

Here is a brief summary of my 1st week.

Monday - 0 hrs.
Tuesday - 0 hrs.
Wednesday - 0 hrs.
Thursday - 0 hrs.
Friday - 0 hrs.

It was pretty difficult to hit those numbers.

Although I started with 0 total hours - I am filled with 100% determination that I will have a better week next week.

All is not lost. I did think about exercising at least 1 to maybe 5 minutes a day this week.

For reference I have attached the photo above to show my progress after just one short week.
