Here we go

Here is my report.

Mon: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper = 1 hr. 15 mins.
Tues: Run + burpees and lunges = 45 mins
Wed: Run + burpees, lunges, squats = 1 hr.
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Run = 1 hr.
Sat: Walk (the YM and YW walked from our chapel to the Temple) = 3 hrs

Total = 7 hrs.

Not a great week

This was a really hard week for exercising--between headaches and working on the house--I didn't get much done.  M--0,  T--1 hour, W--0,  Th--1 hour,  F--1/2 hour,  S--0,  Total:  2 1/2 hours

I have totally pooped out the last few weeks with posting! Woops!  Mon-45 min running Tues-45 min running Wed-45 min running. I'm hoping to keep going now that we won't have a gym membership...

I woke up in the middle of the night and remembered I didn't post on Sunday night.  I was tempted to get up and post.  M--1 hour T--headache  W--1 hour  Thur--1 hour Total:  3 hours.  This was a bad week for headaches.

Totals for the week: 40 minutes jogging (with a silent "j," like, yogging.  It's pretty wild)

We'll Call This My Rest Week

I had a goal to work out for four hours this past week, but instead I did really important things like sit on my couch and watch 24.  Also, I don't stand a dang now that Aaron is training for his race.

Tuesday - 1 hour P90X
Wednesday - 40 min run

Total - 1 hour 40 minutes

Can I get a point for good intentions?

Running like mad

3 weeks to go before my Spartan Beast Race.  I know some of you are wondering what the race is - so let me give you a summary.  It will be a 12-13 mile race with 25 obstacles.  Obstacles include things such as rope climb, crawling through mud, jumping over walls and carrying heavy objects up a mountain.

The only other organized race I've done prior to this was a 5K.  So I will be lucky if I finish it alive.

Here is my week summary

Mon - Run with lunges and burpees = 1 hr.
Tues - Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X = 1 hr 15 mins
Wed - Run with lunges, pullups and burpees = 1 hr.
Thurs - Run with lunges, pullups and burpees = 1 hr.
Fri - Rest
Sat - Run with lunges, pullups and burpees = 2 hrs.

Total = 6 hr 15 mins
